Dixon Dick - Managing Director
Dixon was lucky enough to work at IBM and Compaq Computer through the heyday of the PC Industry, on teams delivering the products that would define business use of PC systems. The learning from these experiences led him into multimedia and data systems consulting, and then ultimately to technology startups, from which he has never looked back. He founded Archethought, a tech startup in data management using modern cloud and machine learning systems, and is also a community builder for tech startups with CoSolve, a community, and online effort bringing startups together in Longmont Colorado. His experience from engineer to entrepreneur gives him deep insight into tech startups and founders.
Ian Netherton - Partner
Ian began his career at a boutique accounting firm specializing in tax and valuation matters. He later spent time with a premier luxury travel and leisure company, gaining deep corporate financial planning experience and managing the analysis and reporting over the company’s CapEx efforts. He then launched Eight One Partners, a CPA firm specializing in supporting emerging and high growth companies with complex tax planning and fractional CFO services. Concurrently, he supports Gibraltar Business Valuations as a senior analyst specializing in startups and companies with complex capital structures. He has supported turnarounds, acquisitions, re-capitalizations, and the raising of millions of dollars in debt and equity.
Jan D'Angelo - Partner
Jan D’Angelo is a veteran business development professional with over 30 years of experience in bringing new concepts to market. He has a track record of implementing strategies and establishing and leading talented teams to significant gains in market share, using his broad range of well-established contacts around the globe.
Jan’s industry-specific experience includes Healthcare, Insurance, Hospitality & Resorts, Automotive, Aircraft Manufacturing, and Composites. Jan presently serves as Vice President of Business Development for a high growth Aerospace & Defense engineering and manufacturing firm.
A Berkshires, Massachusetts native, Jan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont, is an avid skier, bicyclist and FAA Private Pilot.
